Iran’s Welcome in Latin America

The leaders of Iran and Venezuela met yesterday and reached out to Bolivia to join their alliance, declaring that “no one can defeat us.”

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad also pledged $1 billion in investment in Bolivia.

Iran’s PressTV media outlet portrayed the meetings as part of a “crusade against global arrogance and imperialism.”

    Not that surprising since Iran keeps Hezbollah training camps in that area of Latin America. There’s also a decent trade in heroin-for-cocaine and vice versa.
